The terms that apply when you book a journey with us.

Bookings
All journeys must be booked in advance through our office, by phone, by email or with the online booking form. A booking is accepted when we confirm it to you. Please check that the details in your confirmation are correct.
Prices and payment
The price for your journey is the price quoted when you book, based on the details you give us. If the journey changes, for example a different address, extra stops or additional waiting, the price may change. [Owner to confirm accepted payment methods, waiting time and parking charges.]
Changes and cancellations

Passengers, luggage and child seats

Conduct
Passengers must wear seat belts and must not smoke, vape or behave in a way that puts the driver or other passengers at risk. A driver may refuse or end a journey where a passenger is abusive or unsafe.
Lost property
If you leave something in a vehicle, contact our office as soon as you can and we will try to help you recover it.
Liability
We will always try to get you to your destination on time, but we cannot be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.
